Taylor Swift Bundles Up in Wild Animal Print Jacket on Way to Recording Studio

by - January 14, 2024

There may be some new music in store for Swifties soon! Taylor Swift was photographed heading to Electric Lady Studios in New York City on Thursday in a casual but cool look.

The pop star arrived at the recording studio for an evening session bundled up in a Men’s Adidas Graphics Animal Polar Fleece Jacket, which retails for $120 online.

The oversized zip-up, which is currently sold out online, is part of Adidas’ line of recycled and renewable collection and features an animal print pattern. She kept her look simple, throwing her hair in a ponytail and pairing the jacket with a green T-shirt, simple black leggings, a pair of cream sneakers and round tortoise sunglasses.

Swift has been wearing a lot of animal prints lately, which fans think is part of the “easter eggs” she is dropping to hint at the release of “Reputation (Taylor’s Version).” On Wednesday, the “Lavender Haze” singer met Blake Lively for dinner in N.Y.C, where she wore a long-sleeve green velvet dress by Little Lies and brown over-the-knee boots (by Jean Paul Gaultier and Jimmy Choo) a snakiest pattern.

The hitmaker was spotted at Electric Lady Studios — where she’s recorded songs off a number of her albums like “Midnights,” “Lover” and the rerecordings of her catalog — a number of times in 2023.

Despite stepping out in the early morning hours, Swift still managed to look chic. She kept warm and dressed fittingly for the winter weather in a black jacket with what appeared to be a white sheepskin collar and piping detail, and maintained the preppy style she’s been sporting as of late with a black skirt, black tights and a pair of heeled loafers.

Although she hasn’t officially announced its release date yet, the singer-songwriter will soon release “Reputation (Taylor’s Version)” as the next project in her process of rerecording all of her discography prior to 2019’s “Lover.”

In her TIME Person of the Year cover story, which was published in December, the “Karma” singer teased what fans could expect from the record.

Swift last released a new studio album in 2022 with “Midnights.” The effort and its tracks received six nominations at the 2024 Grammy Awards.
